On another note, I wonder if all the auto manufacturers have been infiltrated by tree hugging, global warming , EV lovers purposely sabotaging ICE vehicles.
That's what I was thinking when I read this. I did consider a lesser model until I realized that no way in Haiti's was a buying a vehicle with 1/2 a V-6 in it...Jokes aside I tend to have Tim the toolman Taylor syndrome.
I was actually looking at the Pioneer Platform on Rhino's website and looked for crossbars for my vehicle. Once I found them I then googled the Rhino part number and found them on Summits website.
The above is the kit contents from Rhino's website so they should work as Summit is showing the...
I ordered some crossbars from Summit Racing this AM. I might go with the Pioneer Platform and I'll need the legs that come with the crossbars anyways. I'm not sure why the legs cost more than the kit?
I've been looking for some crossbars, but wasn't sure what to buy or what rack I wanted.

I'll be heading to the Route 66 or Lytle Creek shooting range in the next couple of days to try out
some new toys ;)
Route 66 is at least on dirt roads, but I think there may be some trails around there. Lytle Creek I
know has some trails, but I don't want to get too crazy on my 1st go...
It's a milder version of Toyota's Dragon Ball Z look. I'm not sure who's designing modern cars, but they're hitting the crack pipe from time to time, it looks like.
