It was only in the mid-80s here today, so I took a little trip and hit the closest trail to me. Maybe more like a windy dirt road with some ruts, rocks, and a few washed-out areas. I guess at 1 point I did unintentionally venture off the trail into a sandy creek bed....lol
There was a nice...
In that scenario, there would be no issue. It's the quick walk around, take the shortest path scenarios that could become an issue. I've done it a couple of times on a tow hitch when I had my F150....Out of sight, out of mind thing I guess.
If you can't find a new key, they can easily be removed with the correct tools. I'd imagine a local tire shop could remove them for you. If you go this route, ask how they would do it, and make sure you don't see any empty beer cans or shine jugs lying around.
When in the biz I probably removed...
Am I the only one who spotted him or her? It wasn't even my photo, so I don't think I hallucinated....lol
Do you think he had a buddy posing in the background? Maybe staged waiting for an observant viewer to point him out.....Hmmm
Got a delivery today so....Today is test fitting window shades day. I was mainly looking for the rear window, but found a complete set on Amazon. I just did a quick fitting today as the Bronco was already pretty toasty inside.
I'm with the so-so crowd. The choice of colors has a popping contrast. I like the rear sticker and choice of colors, but the rest of it needs a rework. I'd ditch the front fenders, ditch the black hood, replace the lower door panels with a less obtrusive broken wedge/block pattern, and do 2...
When I bought the front mats I looked around. Ford is usually cheaper if they have a discount coupon and using the rewards points. Ford charges $14.95 to ship the cargo mat. Both my other orders were the same so maybe they do flat rate shipping?
Today was floor mat day! I was looking on Amazon for some floor mats, but decided to order the OEM ones from Ford. I'll probably go knock off on the cargo area as the Ford one is pricey!
The complete kit was delivered on Wednesday which included the 2 rails and 4 RX 100 legs. Are you using this setup? If so do I have to mount the legs at the stock mounting spots? Or can I mount the rails at a location of my choice as long as the outer claw does the wrap around?
I went shooting last week at the Route 66 shooting sports park and at least got my tires dirty. I kind of came in a little fast and was followed by a dust cloud....lol
