I had the same question - you have to call. They can look you up in their system and apply your points to the sale price. Easy process, just annoying you can't do it online.
This is awesome. If you made this its own thread, you'd make a lot of BB owners considering 245/16R17 tires very happy. Thanks for the review. Looks like no rubbing issues with the 245s, which locks me into my decision to get 245s. Thanks!!
Unless you’re in some kind of rush, order exactly what you want.
I love mine, knowing it’s exactly what I wanted, and my order/delivery process was smooth. My recommendation on cross bars is to go after market though.
Congrats on your Big Bend! Looks awesome!
There is a lot of chatter on the boards about how the 245s will perform when taken off road. Turning the steering wheel all the way over and not rubbing is different than when there is articulation on the suspension, so there are a lot of us waiting for...
Ah, no fun! Especially when it probably still smells new.
If you find an answer could you post it here for those of us who haven't yet gotten any battle scars?
Definitely let us know when you hit a trail! I am considering 245/65R17 as well. I have seen they don't rub when turned over, but I haven't yet seen any reviews of the 245s off-road when turned over/articulated suspension.
@Shiskamba, well learn from me I guess. Not a bad case to take into your dealership and act *shocked* that your BB doesn’t have the heated steering and get a bit knocked off of your sticker price.
Yes, I understand that. But if you are customizing piece by piece, this is what you see.
Seems a little odd to expect folks to click the “i” when they are clearly adding what they expect to be a heated steering wheel.
It’s awesome, I love it. But Ford essentially sold me something I didn’t get.
Mine is leather wrapped, yes. Just not heated.
It wasn’t a major priority for me, but I was certainly under the impression I had paid for and would be receiving it. The BB is awesome, but this was disappointing.
Sorry for multiple edits on this - I am trying to figure this out.
Last week I took delivery of my BB+BB. On the B&P tool, it says the steering wheel is heated. However, I don’t see any way to turn it on. I am hoping I am just blind and someone with BB+BB can show me how to turn it on...but I...
You’re not alone on your 245 question. A few folks have put the 245s on and report no rubbing, but we’ve yet to get any reviews from someone that has taken the 245s off road. It’s one thing to not rub in the neighborhood, it’s another to fully articulate your suspension.
I have the same...
