I read somewhere it won't be until after the reservations demand has been fulfilled.

My dealer said they would honor X-plan pricing if FORD was offering it and they thought ford would. That being said, they should apply it when your car arrives and you go over final price.

I'm going to guess and say they will start rolling reviews out next month. May still be in "Pre-production" cars but they do need to get some reviews out there. I'm skeptical but optimistic it will be great right out the gate.

Agree with you on not understanding the packages Ford put together. While I didn't have any problems with the configuration... it just happen to work out to be what my wife wanted was everything in the Badlands model.
