Good that they "extended" the warranty but if it's an issue you've asked for service and they haven't been able to resolve...they will resolve it. Local dealer many years ago tried that crap with a ranger I had. Long story short Ford ensured it was fixed properly.
Well here's motivation
1)MI>BADLANDS and spent the day hiking various trails, hot as hell but a lot of fun.
2)Crazy Horse memorial and museum along with Rushmore and Custer state park for the buffalo migration. Back to rushmore for the night lighting of the monument
3)Custer state park for the...
I owned a '79 BEAST which was stolen years ago. When the Bronco and sport released I was all in. Delays in the Bronco and availability/performance/my needs the sport was a no-brainer. It's been perfect.
I got a bumper rub, direct on the left rear corner. Used fine grit 300 sand paper to remove burs, applied a low setting heat gun to level it out, and added some bumper spray to finish it off. Looks pretty good. Nope...no experience never attempted that level of body work before.
I'm with you, can't see a need. Have a niece in AZ. Driving to work a woman BLEW a red light, totaled my nieces car. Everyone was OK, not the car. The woman told police she had the green. A truck behind my niece had a dash cam and showed police the evidence my niece was green even after impact...
Had a 2012 challenger. Faced a alternator recall, bad parts installed.on every one of them that model year. We were heading to new years dinner, it died a quarter mile from the parking lot. I coasted in, called insurance and had it towed. Same deal waiting on parts. This issue ramped me to the...
Everything is "cheap" and we get what we pay for with an economy SUV. For what they charge you'd expect more but green earth crap etc forces so many constraints. They make NOTHING like they used to. I have my dad's old craftsman circular saw. Full metal body. Thing will last longer than me. Mine...
I'd say if you lived in a high theft area probably well worth it. My son is at the Warren Ram plant. You can't have a charger on the lot. It's gone before you leave work.
Devils Bridge is a must see?. Red rocks NV and Valley of Fire NV are up there. Headed on a 1600M trip through the Dakotas in a few weeks. Pretty excited to put the Badlands on the trails
Easy...it wasn't intended as disrespect. It was a tongue in cheek testament to the Sport and it's capabilities...everyone so offended and sensitive anymore. Laugh a little, life is more fun. And to answer the original question...no, as tough as the sport is, until you've seen the Alps and Swiss...
Personally handles well for a midsize/compact SUV. I felt safe winter driving, on the highways, does whatever I need. Headed north in a couple weeks to test it out and see what it can do
