Finished my tire carrier

I built this with my friend to be close to the car and still have access to the backup camera. Also there is no need to relocate the license plate. If there is interest we are going to produce a couple to sell.

We set it up close to the hatch,I'll try to take a picture of it this week

We are going to add some gussets to the corners and then take it offroad to see if we have any movement

Here is a update on the tire carrier just need to add some support brace to it and it's done. It came out nice doesn't cover the back up camera and don't have to relocate license.

I have the plastic panel removal tool from harbor freight and it made I easy, you want to do the round middle part first then the base

It's a paint to do it with the tire on but it's doable

It's not bad it has 3 tabs on it that you press in and it just comes out

I used t connector that clamp on to the wire your tapping in to, the big wire cluster is the headlight wire harness, it only took about 30 ro 40 mins to install

I installed the side marker install from Tectico today, it was a easy install 3 wires install and that's it. Red wire down to the courtesy side marker, to the blue wire. The yellow wire to the turn signal blue with green wire driver and yellow with purple passenger. Then just the a ground wire...

I was using my original lug nuts, I could never find center caps that fit. Idont know if they are 17x7

The maverick lug nuts are bigger those are the ones that don't fit the bs
