Thanks for the replys everyone. Going to be going with the Wildpeaks. My local dealership said that I can use the 42000 Fordpass points we get for buying the Bronco for a $220 discount.
Granted it would have been cheaper if I just added them on when I ordered the Bronco, but at least now the...
Wow, great shot! The color of the Bronco matches the blue sky on the left perfectly, and the Badlands badge matches the color of the sky one the right!
Thanks Forty. Here's the same drawing for the Alpines:
They don't provide the diameter from the mounting points, but the diameter of the speaker cage (the part of the speaker that would actually go into the hole on the door) is about 7.7mm larger on the Rockford Fosgates. Not sure how much...
Looks like we posted at the same time, I didn't see your response. If you get one of the packages you get dual climate control and each dial has a temperature gauge, just like the right knob does.
Do you have the same experience with your fan dial? Very sensitive and turns way too easy?
Models without their respective packages have the dials. I have the Badlands without Badlands pacakge, and the dial actually kinda sucks. It is WICKED sensitive. A very small turn cranks it from 0 to almost full blast. There's no real "click," or at least it's very light, between each setting.
I took home my Badlands without the B&O system a couple weeks ago, and now I can honestly say that the speakers are actually not that bad. Fairly good clarity and sound stage, but I haven't really cranked them yet. I still plan to put some aftermarket speakers in there just because I enjoy that...
@KAnoe, my Badlands arrived early, and I have just been too busy to post here. It showed up Wednesday, April 28th, and I took it home that Friday. Definitely worth the wait everyone! Stay strong!
Hey @jlmazzola or @forty do you happen to still have the original speakers? If so would you mind just measuring the diameter of the speaker? The rim with the mounting holes. I'm considering putting in a set of 6 3/4" Rockford Fosgate coaxials (Rockford Fosgate P1675 for those that are curious)...
That is correct. I have a Badlands without the B&O system and can confirm that the speaker panel on the dash in front of the windshield is not there. Which, honestly, is probably for the better. I've listened to the B&O system, and the center dash speaker is just kinda awkward. It creates an odd...
I'm really going back and forth between the Falken Wildpeak AT3W and the the Kumho Road Venture AT51 as an upgrade on my Badlands with the stock (non-steelie) wheels and tires. Does anyone have any experience with the Kumhos? Reviews are a bit sparse, but the ones I have found seem to be good...
I love the cursive Bronco emblem. Where did you get it? I think it would look great on the side just past the gray vertical piece that's in front of the front doors (I have no idea what that thing is called, but hopefully you know what I mean).
Interesting, never thought about using a coax speaker with a separate tweeter...does this cause any weird sound issue because there's essentially 2 pairs of tweeters (in the coax speaker and in the dash)? I was considering putting a new component system in but I'm just now realizing that would...
I just don't know why my dealer isn't seeing that info. What I pasted above was the entirety of the VVR he pulled. I don't work for a car company so I don't want to just tell this guy he should be able to see/do something I basically know nothing about. I don't know how to get this information...
My dealer is providing a much much more limited VVR, and doesnt show "secondary status." He claims he has never seen train info on a report before, and as I've now asked him for train info 3 times, I have definitely graduated to the "annoying customer" status. Is there anyone else I can contact...
My Badlands shipped last week, and after asking for a vehicle visibility report he's saying he's never seen any train info on a VVR before. Does that make sense? How are so many of you getting that info?
He says this is what he sees in the system:
2021 Bronco Sport
