I’m second-guessing a lift and bigger tires because yours looks so good on 20s and no lift.

I was dead set on lifting my OBX and putting bigger tires on it but yours has me second guessing. Looks great. Post more pics if you have any!

A friend of mine just ordered the HRG 1.5” lift kit for a ‘22 BB. We’re looking for a reputable shop around DFW to install the kit. Any recommendations? I’ve heard some dealerships will do the work which would be preferred to maintain warranty coverage on the installation labor.

I paid a $500 deposit as well however I was told it was refundable, which makes sense given the hot market. If I walk away they can just sell my order to someone else damn near instantly (and probably at a higher price…I ordered at $500 under MSRP).

Thanks, appreciate the color. As soon as I get my BS OB I think I’ll be ordering the HRG 1.5” lift as well.

Reading through this thread it sounds like the HRG lift may not cause the “clunking” issues that come with other lift kits (ie., Rough Country). Can any users of the HRG kit confirm?
