Thanks for the feedback/information. Wish it wasn't so, but the dealer (manager) wasn't helpful. He did say that the vehicle, if ever it is built and received, would be at MSRP, no markup. I guess that information was supposed to keep us from moaning to them.

Checked with our dealer for a status. (We ordered a BL on Oct. 28, 2021, premium, 360+, tow, cactus) Dealer said we have a status of "can't change our order now"....I forget what the actual code is. But that's all the information he gave us. They said there is a parts shortage. (Really?!)...

Who knows! We ordered BL on 10/28 with premium, 360+ and navigation, and have never received anything from Ford aside from the original order receipt. ?. Crazy!
