I second that it sounds like it could be the heat shield, I tore mine up and it made a bit of noise. This post on my Insta "Buck vs Branch" shows the damage, the noise and the fix! Hope that helps!

I just looked through my email and I emailed them on Jan. 21st offering my bronco for R&D and then again on Mar. 31 when I got Buck offering it as an R&D vehicle and they basically told me they already had a Sport lined up for July and they would let me know if they needed a back up vehicle. So...

My solution to your problem. :) I don't listen to am/fm radio so I got no insight there. XM has been just fine when I use it. I mostly stream Spotify, and use Google Maps/Apple Maps or GAIA for my GPS all from my phone...
