I swung by my local Ford dealer to see what the colors of the new cars looked like in the flesh instead of online. I saw 4 Ford Escapes sitting there with recall-hold placards in the windshield. Bummer for the buyers for sure.

I specifically ordered the BL Premium to GET the tan seat trims. But I agree, even though we can create a custom order, there are limitations. I couldn't get an Edge Titanium with the V6 (as an example.) or an Outer Banks with a 2.0-liter engine.

It wouldn't make any difference when towing as the ball will work anyway, but as a bike hauler, a noticeable flaw!

Nope, at least 3 months before you will get a production date, more likely even longer.

Yep, Me Too! Hoping for 4 months as I deleted, Moonroof, Mudflaps, Gray roof. Ordered Dec 2 I was told several items require a "second" finishing line (adding to delay), but who knows about that?

It would help if the purchase date was also shown, so people like me that just put in an order could figure out our potential production date
