One of the Facebook group members removed their letters yesterday to have some body paint done (they got keyed), and mentioned the back came off easily using floss method and a heat gun to remove adhesive. The front grille letters are attached with speed nuts.
Less space is attributed to the cargo floor. Badlands come standard with a full size spare so it sits higher than a non Badlands (or non tow package). With tow package on lower trims the storage would be the same.
Specifically, the signature headlight includes the halo shaped LED around the main lamp. As a clarification, all trims feature LED main projectors beams.
Unfortunately ran the numbers earlier and I just don’t think I can justify/afford the extra $80 a month to swap from BB+BB to BL (without package). Obviously adding in a few other options, but it stretches my budget too far at the moment. Maybe in a few years when they do a facelift I can trade...
Is this the only blue on the seats, and the rest is black? The build and price makes it look as if the side bolsters are also a navy color. If it’s actually all black, I’d be very happy. Trying to decide which best matches my Kodiak exterior color.
Ultimately, you’ll have better luck ordering it since Kodiak is such a niche color. My local dealer has a BB in Kodiak but no options included at all.
Ha! This is what I have ordered. BB + BB in Kodiak, 18” wheel, CMS, tow and assist packages. I’ve briefly considered upgrading (I love the OB interior look, but can’t bring myself to go leather). Haven’t had a chance to test the 2.0L Badlands, but I’d be happy with the cloth seats and upgraded...
Unless we can find separate parts numbers for only the missing LED bulb... so far no luck.
Either pay thousands for the parts, or thousands for the upper trim. In my case, that means icky leather, or a Badlands without all the package options...
I can't find an equivalent Canadian parts website like I can for the standard Ford page... but I'm going to continue digging to see if perhaps they have a cheaper replacement on their parts website than the $1300 each we have down here.
Yeah was speculation before. We confirmed a bit later that the Canadians for once, actually get something better than the US. The question is, why? Their DRL requirement laws up there would have been met without the added halo.
This American is jealous, lol
Well here it is... headlight projectors are "on" in my Canadian view (left) so the halo isn't visible... but I did find the written description in compare models. This hurts my soul...
