OP's last post was selling their Sport back in July. As for the KO2s I haven't experience any rubbing. I think most will be able to say the same. The KO2s do make the ride a lot stiffer though, so heads up there. They are a truck tire and it feels like it. Depending on the lift it may compound...
I got it through the dealership I work at. I believe I got it back in September. Been waiting on the hitch for a while. What I ended up doing was getting a VIN for a Badlands that came with the hitch and got the part number from there. Only the catalog didn't show any difference between the...
Please excuse the upside down image I was in a bit of a hurry. So I'll just say it again. The information in FMCdealer where they're pulling up the parts catalog information is wrong. It shows the same thing for all the bumper part numbers. And this step is key, they need to call a dealership...
The MAD Bronco was a SEMA build in 2020. You can see the parts they used on Page 2 Here. It looks like they just painted the lettering though, no vendor for it from what I can tell. You can buy the lettering outright at accessory sites like Levittown, have them painted and then installed.
I don't believe so, but I'm not sure about Co-pilot 360. If you can provide pictures of your current bumper and VIN number, I might be able to find out if there's any differences.
They're lazy. Whoever is checking their part numbers isn't making calls to check what the differences are and just assuming it's all the same thing because of the crap vendor diagrams.
Show them a picture of this:
And tell them that the part number is M1PZ-17906-SC - Request to have them look...
I know you said "feels substantially better than stock," but I was curious if you noticed any issues after driving it few days? Any clunking noises or that the ride is stiffer?
I was also wondering if anyone had any pictures of both sides of the front strut spacer?
I was told that it would come down to claims assessment. Warranty is fine as long the lift kit couldn't be found as the source of failure.
This looks like a fix similar to the issue my mechanic was describing.
I haven't asked about a refund yet. There's no return policy that I could find on the website. But typically installed parts aren't eligible for return.
Well, I got a response from Robert saying that he'd call me back today before the dealership closed to discuss with the mechanic about the issues I'm experiencing, but the call didn't happen.
Something is just not right. I don't know if it's an issue with the kit or with the installation. But...
So my local dealership installed the Woolworth 1.5 front level lift kit. The mechanic that did it told me that the youtube tutorial provided in the installation guide was different from what I had received. The end results is that the front is a bit taller than the back rather than level...
Well hell, premium vs regular gas are at play too. In the small print in the sales brochures it states HP, torque and towing capacity specs are based on the use of premium fuel. Might get better mpg upping the octane.
In the Owners Manual it says not to use an octane rating below 87 and again...
