We have something coming for the evap and the passenger floor. Going to make it part of the backbone to mount sliders off of. It’s the best way we can figure out to give enough strength for sliders.
We are proud to offer our new full replacement, full roof rack for the bronco sport!

There is no clearance loss over the factory felt liners. We tuck stuff up as tight as we can to avoid any unnecessary clearance losses.
These are made from 1/8” steel. It’s the most strength for the buck. You have to remember, this sport is a unibody with a smaller motor. You want to keep...
Making great progress on skid plates so far!
The front/engine skid will fit all model broncos. All the skids can be run independently of the others.
We are working on floor/Evap skids that will also serve as the backbone for the sliders. More to come on that.
This isn’t our first rodeo. We have a full platform plan and we normally have the entire platform into production in under 90 days.
My engineers are working on multiple products at one time. Full bumpers always come last, as we have to work other products (like skids for example) around factory...
We have a rough game plan of how we are going to attack this.
Engineering is working on; Skids, roof rack and sliders first.

The operation would not work. The sunroof pops up over the the rear roof which is already elevated over the front.
You could potentially remove a couple crossbars to make it clear, but it would hit anything on the rack.
Hey everyone! Starting to tackle some projects on the bronco sport! First up is the roof rack.
We design this to support the normal loads needed for overlanding; gear, awnings, roof top tents.
The rack is constructed of Aluminum sides, front fairing and rear faring. The crossbars are extruded...
The Co-pilot 360 is pre-collision, Automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring and cross traffic.
The front facing technology is in the windshield. It is irrelevant to aftermarket bumper applications.
