I called mine and they had weather tech in stock and could tell me the closest Autonation that had the Bronco logo ones in stock. I drove over same day and used my Ford Pass points to get the Bronco brand.

Do you have more pictures of the wiring down the windshield? I was looking at the instructions for the Ford OEM bar and it looks like a PITA.

100% we can hear the basket when the wind is blowing hard, but when the wind is soft it's still pretty quiet. It was close to silent before we put it on with just the bars though.

Not quite as nice as a new set, but this setup was from an old explorer. When the wife gets home I can snap a side pic but you can at least see the placement of the front.

I have thule bars and cannot hear any whistling on the highway even with the window down. Maybe it's just in a tune I cannot hear. I installed on the notches but moved them to fit the yakima loadwarrior w/ extension.

Do you have a fairing installed? I'm waiting on the locks for her Thule bars before I test them out.

We will be attemping to use the Thule bracket with an ARB awning soon. I will report back if that works on not. There aren't any ladders yet, but you can get steps that wrap around your tire that you can throw in the back of the car when you are done...

We used a DIY wrap from Amazon size M+. I had a super hard time with it, but my wife doesn't mind it. It's tight on all sides front and back

Did you end up trying to punch those out to see if they have the compatibility for tow hooks? Thinking of doing the same to my wife's big bend.
