    Workaround, log into your account on the main ford website and go to the vehicle page, there should be a chat bubble on the bottom right corner.

    He's wrong. The status you got said the autorack was loaded and leaving Barnes Yard in Portland. Your vehicle will have been offloaded while the railcar was there, probably early this morning.

  10. Question about FINANCING the Bronco Sport...

    There are two options for it: date of protection, which is the day Ford accepts your order, and date of sale. You can have what's available at either time, but not both. Info in this video.

    I got on Ford chat tonight and the last update was when it was unloaded on the 12th.

    The salesman already called back to inform me the price went up. I informed him it is automatically price protected from Ford, that it is not a rebate, and that I would be bringing the documentation. Hopefully I don't have to rage monkey my way through the process.
