My question exactly! A pecking order thing? If so that doesn't exactly make me feel like a valued Ford customer. Ive owned 3 Fords previously. 1 Mustang and 2 F-150s.
Strange that some us us got kicked into Oct even though our tracker and window sticker shows that vehicles went into production last week or the week before. Yet others are getting there Bronco Sports built. I was told from Ford Marketing that delay is specifically for microchip. Could it be...
I just got off the phone with Ford marketing/customer service. Confirmed that my BL was "in production June 4 "with estimated completion" window of Oct 4 to Oct 14. ETA is Oct 31. He said delay is specifically related to microchip. Not floor mats.
Maybe the 10/31 ETA bombshell is a conspiracy to get some of us to back out of our orders so dealers can get a better price than what we negotiated. Maybe they don't like me because I was sent e-mail confirming X-PLAN eligibility and pricing.
I sure hope that M&M randomly got connected to the "wrong" person on the customer service line. Ive called a couple of times and got totally clueless folks so I gave up calling that number.
A Forester is like Low Cal Gluten-Free Ice Cream. On paper a case can be made that it is better for you. Ill stick to my Baskin Robbins Jamoca Almond Fudge and spend a bit more time on the eliptical each week. Work hard, play harder. Life is short!
If it was me I would march down with the printout showing Bronco Sport eligibility and demand a refund. Then take it from there. If that doesn't work perhaps elevating through Ford customer service. They may counter that it's a done deal because you signed the paperwork but you did so based...
When I ordered online I asked the dealer to send me confirmation of the order with pricing. I also asked him to confirm x plan pricing and provide that on the order. He did so and this is what was sent to me. Same day with order number that I have used since to track my order. I talked with...
I think you have it right. See below. I know this holds true for Colorado but some States may have different tax laws. Car sales tax in my neck of the woods is 5%. I received a quote from Carmax on my wifes current vehicle (2019 Mazda CX-3) that we will either sell or trade in. Just about...
Delays in new car production for all makes is making the used car market go bonkers. As much as I have been disappointed in delays for my badlands build (ordered 2/9 hoping for 6/15 delivery) I am looking at a $2.5k upper for my trade in based on an updated Carmax offer. That takes hurt off of...
Greetings! Does anyone know if the below offers can be combined? So if I choose .9% financing for 60 months will I receive $500 + $500 = $1,000 cash back?
Thanks
