  1. Non-adhesive mount for Garmin Dash Cam Mini 2

PLA will not hold up very well in AZ. It will warp very easily and likely crack although is the easiest to print. Try ASA, ABS, or nylon for higher temperatures. The ASA filament is hard to get; I had to order from China. You may need an enclosure to print the ASA, ABS, or nylon.
  2. What do you use your rear cargo 12V outlet for?

Outlet with 400 watts is pretty useful for camping. Some campers use it to power a CPAP machine. I use it to inflate my air mattress and you can use it to recharge your Jackery while driving.

  4. Battery charging voltage question in cold temperature?

I wouldn't worry about a 15.1 charging rate. I have seen that on my Porsche many times.
  5. Wireless charging

I tried mine a few times but decided to get the Apple wireless pad and leave it in the console. The Apple charger has a great magnet and can fully charge in about two hours. I use a wireless adapter so I can just leave the cell phone in the console. I have the same setup in my 350Z and the...
  6. Bike racks

I had a trailer hitch put on mine and found a Thule bike carrier for about $200. Those are normally much more expensive if you get new though. Thule Helium Pro (2 Bike and 3 Bike Carrier)
  7. Anyone know what this is and why it wont go away on my nav/sync

Is it maybe a malfunction of your backup camera? The car image typically overlays the backup camera image and will display car doors open, whether lights are on, and shows whether your parking assist sensors are working. If you only see the car image, that would be my guess. If you have a...

Find a shop that does audio system installations and they would likely do it for almost half of what a dealership would charge.
  11. Battery Replaced

Try one first. I have used mine on the four cars we own, aircraft batteries, and an off-grid 400 watt solar system for about five years. If the tester shows that the battery is dead or defective, the load tester will tell you the same thing. Sometimes the load tester will tell you that the...
  12. Hood: Anyone else have this happen ?

If it feels waxy, it may have been sprayed by Ford when making the car. This used to be common practice to spray everything in the engine compartment with something like LPS3.

  16. Turn signal blinking at double time

I had this issue with a Volvo. If you replace the hyperblinking bulb, the problem will go away. I believe the Canbus system detects a lower resistance on the bulb for some reason.
  17. Losing Coolant

Antifreeze is florescent. See if your mom still has your old black lights stored in the basement. Any leaks should be easy to spot.
  18. Add NAV to 24 BigBend?

If you want factory navigation to use when you have spotty cell coverage, consider using Google Maps with CarPlay and downloaded maps. Google Maps has an easy way to do this. You select the area you want for the map, connect to the internet, and download the maps. When you are out of cell...
  19. it does not display the time

Yes. HD radio is US only (maybe Canada, too) and proprietary; most of Europe uses DAB instead. I have no idea if the Ford Sync supports DAB internally but I understand that you can use a DAB USB dongle and add DAB to most any radio. OP may get a display of the radio logos if he tries that...
