I installed the fender flares myself with the same problem. My dealer emailed this to me Guy from bushwacher (Ford branded accessory) also said he is sending another kit as well that aids in flares staying tighter to vehicle. I haven't got it yet, hope it solves the problem.

I got the message on my iPhone from Ford that they shut down my electronics because I hadn't driven my bronco for a couple of weeks due to a knee replacement sugery. They said everything would be turned back on when I start the motor.

I have the fender flares and the rear mud flaps are no problem at all. The front ones have to be trimmed. Used a little black rubber caulking to close the little gap I had. Wasn't noticeable and looks good.

I ordered the side molding 6 weeks ago through my dealer and it is not here yet. I figure I will get it right after someone opens their door and dings me.

Same here, the left speaker cover was sticking up and I just pushed on it till I heard a click and all seems to be good again but I will be keeping an eye on it.
