A good dealership will run a Vincent report at time of sale, it will indicate all available incentives that the buyer is intitled to. You will be asked to sign a document stating you were advised of them.

When I signed the sale order it had a number assigned to it, when I received my build date email it contained that number along with the VIN. Does that not make the signed sales order a binding contract for that VIN.?
