What is your problem, it seems all you like to do is make negative comments, picking apart members posts. It seems obvious people posting on the forum are look for help or just want to share. I think you need a time-out.
Mine is missing also, called the dealership and the Service manager told me that Ford stop adding them in May 2022. He said you can call the Ford Customer Service (1-888-392-3673) and act mad and they may put you on a list and send you the part at some later date.
I called Ford to find out when I would be getting the Ford Pass points. They said it went to another account with a person I never heard of.
I hope nothing fishy is going on at the dealership. Ford said they will transfer the points from the other account to mine in 3 days.
The door cup holders are useless. I am suprised that Ford dropped the ball on this one. I tried searching for a rubber insert to make if more functional.
Anyone have luck finding something to fix this?
