    I ended up having the EXACT issue in this thread. Their solution was insulation, so I went to Ford for a buyback and got into another BS BB and just paid the difference.

    same exact issue, I ended up getting another one. the ”fix” was to add insulation as well. Only they replaced the hubs and differential on mine as well.
