I just called Ford. They told me I was in transit but not rail car listed yet. She explained that Sport is loaded on rail car, marking it “in transit” but wouldn’t get rail car until it actually leaves. That makes no sense though. They know what car they loaded it on. o_O
Got the “official” email from Ford that my BL has shipped. Still has ETA as 9/26-10/2. Haha. They didn’t say how it shipped. Maybe some secret express train?
It must be the Ford site because the page won’t load for mine either. You can access your window sticker from the order track app too but unfortunately I’m having trouble getting that to work. I know they did maintenance yesterday. Maybe something happened.

my dealer has stopped returning calls or texts. If they don’t call by Thursday, I will go in person Friday. Never Ford again.

@Meanderthal Ford used to give me the dates ETA to dealer 9/26-10/2 then that switched to shipping estimate. Hopefully the ETA they are giving you is really your shipping estimate and you will be out of there by 9/20. Trying to stay positive here. Extremely difficult but trying.

Did you try Ford chat? They at least gave me a shipping estimate 9/26-10/2. Still no explanation for it sitting this long. I really believe it comes down to the dealership.
