An additional source of noise is the different pumps you go to may have a slightly different shut-off tolerance for what it thinks is "full", which is influenced by flow rate and general cleanliness/maintenance of the venturi tube. One pump may end up putting slightly more fuel into the tank...
The moonroof will stick up above Badlands roof rails by 32mm, and above Base/BB/OB roof rails by 44mm when fully open. The tallest point of the glass will be at about the middle of the middle rail support.
If it's anything like the Focus ST, the small turbo will be the main bottleneck. After that, I wouldn't want to push more than 350 since this is mostly the same driveline as the Focus RS.

They'll mail you a little collection kit. When you're draining your oil catch some of it in the plastic specimen jar, then mail the whole thing in. I've done it once before, it's a neat process.
Always used Mobil 1 full synthetic, and usually a Motorcraft filter.
I think you'd better fight that with an oil catch can between the PCV and intake manifold.
I always did oil changes every 7500 miles on my Focus with its 2.0L GTDI. Never had a problem through almost 100k miles, and the Blackstone Labs analysis was peachy clean at around 70k.
