For NS, do NOT use voice commands, it is super sensitive. Always use the keypad. NS voice commands will get interrupted if anyone, sometimes even the TV, makes a noise while you use it.

I’m concerned about voiding the warranty on the electrical components, so I think I’m going to either return or sell the ambient cup holder I purchased. I could check with the dealership to have them install which might help with the warranty issue, but not sure it would be worth the cost.
In my last reply I forgot to mention that the Ford Visibility Report only tracks when things arrive at junctions, it does not track when they depart. My report showed that it arrived in Madison and then That it was delivered in Shelbyville two+ weeks later. It did not mention all the other...
Mine was in Madison for a long time, too. It is a huge junction just north of the East St. Louis junction (essentially part of the same facility). Once it DOES move from there it should be a quick trip.
