Based on what you've told us, are you sure you even have an order placed through that dealership? You haven't received a confirmation email or anything?

I disagree. They sell a product. It's their job to know what is going on with the product. And there is no reason to jerk around their customers like this. I'd get a refund and flush the dealership. ?

I have no idea how to figure out what the production order for FE was. @Steinfeld9 I think was trying to figure this out too. I think Ford whiffed on a lot of missing features in the FE. The confusion about missing features wasn't really ever explained by Ford and the back-pedaling answers...

The cactus gray looks great. I went with the Area 51 because it was so unique, but that was my 2nd choice.

No. It either has the shelf ledge built into the interior panels from the factory or it doesn't. It's not an option you can have the dealer install.

I'm having the gator back splash guards installed by the dealer along with the side window deflectors. I'll post some pics when I can because I don't think I've seen those on a Bronco Sport anywhere yet.

Not to knock Weather Tech, because I think they make great products, but I think the Ford branded "all-weather" mats just look better, especially the added Bronco logo on the rear passenger floor. The Weather Tech ones might be slightly better at keeping all the liquids on the mat and not...

It pretty much just adds the rails/ledge for the shelf system to rest on. If there is a reduction in space, it has to be negligible at best.

I think someone said like 6.5 feet when they measured. I'm about 6 feet tall and it's not much higher than the top of my head. I'd be really surprised if you have issues with the clearance on your crossbars. Make sure they're actually on the vehicle when you go to pick it up or you discuss...

Agreed. I have a 2020 Edge and it doesn't have that long antennae on it.

Maybe the cold temps in places that don't normally have them (i.e. Texas) is causing things like switch points on train tracks to freeze and it's disrupting rail traffic? That was the best I could come up with that seemed reasonably realistic and was "weather related".

Same thing happened with mine. I was at the dealership and they were still washing it after transport. I didn't notice it in the cargo area in a plastic bag until I got home.
