No you only grind down less than a 1/4 inch. It’s not that hard. I installed my kit myself (hrg) and not mechanical inclined at all. Rides great. I had 4wp install a readylift which was complete garbage.

I don’t think you can do a body lift on the bronco sport there is no main frame . The bronco sports body and frame are all one.

No I had 235 60 18 toyos, I noticed about 1.5 miles drop per gallon from stock to the 235, will definitely keep you updated on the larger size

That would be me driving it both ways, it was a very obvious difference.

I have a twin turbo diesel, had a 5” straight pipe from turbo to exhaust. I had issues with the factory intake, replaced it and what a world of difference. I know in a diesel it does make more hp and torque. Don’t know much with gas this is my first gas turbo charged vehicle.
