I test drove a used base model with the KO2's on it. I loved em, but wanted the copilot 360+ the big bend I got has... now I gotta get wheels AND tires to get KO2's.. oui
I snapped on the rear seat back I got off ebay (every where else was backordered and cancelled my order instead of just letting it sit on back order)
Just had to snap the plastic covers off the snaps:
Oh, and washed it and used some turtle wax cermaic spray on it.
I had to fight for mine. Initially they said no, if it didn't come with it, it didn't come with it. And refused to even see if the warranty would do anything.
It took me squeaking to the sales guy my family has bought a dozen cars from (and knows I'll order a Bronco from as soon as ordering...
NONE of them are 'to be supplied asap'. If they weren't on there from the factory Ford has no plans of sending them out or notifying owners or dealers about them. The only way to get them is to be the squeaky wheel.
An update, I brought the mat inside and ironed it to get rid of the shipping creases.. It looks a lot better.
And I think if it were to actually bend at the creases it would fit around the edge of the gauge cluster better. Though it still covers the tweeters obviously.. I'm wondering if I can...
Well I hadn't ordered the covercraft one yet, due to the shipping charges.
But I did try one of the $36~ ones from ebay.
I don't like the way it fits. It covers up the tweeters, and the part that goes on the surround over the gauges doesn't fit right. Plus the way they ship it is folded up 10...
Just for reference here’s a not great pic I took of the underside of the dash trim piece that spans the whole dash that needs to be removed.
There are a bunch of clips that have to be popped out. I used my body panel plastic crow bar thing and twisted it to pop them up.
A couple of the metal...
Man I really like that on the back window, and the one with the mountain. But I'm afraid someone around here might interpret the black flag to mean something else and I'll get keyed or something. :(
Yeah, there's little bungee cord type things holding the plastic trim to the a pillar so that it doesn't fly in to your face when the airbag deploys. I didn't see an easy way to remove it, though in a couple youtube videos they do appear to remove the entire plastic trim. Maybe I just missed how...
That’s the adaptive cruise portion, not the intelligent cruise. Mine has that.
Adaptive cruise slows down when traffic in front of you slows down. And will even come to a stop. The “Intelligent” cruise uses the speed sign recognition to change what the cruise control speed is set to. With...
I was going to turn it on via FORScan, but after really watching just the sign detection on the roads around me, decided not to. It has a problem with a lot of them around me, like reading the speed on the access road next to the high way instead of the highway (45 vs 65)... I think I'd be...
Joined the vinyl club in the front.
Didn't want to plastidip them like the rear since they were already surounded by the dark grill.
