The whole lack of service is what is souring me. I have taken delivery in the rain in the past and the vehicle has been inside. (Different dealer)This dealer has inside space but the whole insurance restriction bs. No. Now with keep an eye on the coolant level. No.
Good luck with it. It’s a good color. Too bad your dealer couldn’t deliver inside the building. My crappy dealer delivered in the pouring rain. I asked why. Some bs about insurance and customers in the building. It was ok to be in the building to sign the paperwork and give them a freaking...
Nope. Had to pay for that. Called to tell them of the problem at 34,000 and change. Three weeks for an appointment. I said if I go over 36,000 will 3 year/36,000 be honored? They said if you get close bring it in and leave it until your appointment. Well I got Covid and didn’t drive for 2 weeks...
35,000 and change. Dealer says keep an eye on coolant level. Water pump expected end of December. Such bullshit. Keep an eye on it. So if my engine fails? I’ve told my dealer Lakeland Ford has water pumps and gaskets on their website and let’s expedite this foolishness. Crickets. When the phone...
My dealer said buy a gallon of the proper coolant and keep an eye on it. Tentative scheduled for December 27. Ridiculous way to do business.
The more I think about it’s definitely my last Ford.
Weeping at water pump. No water pumps available.
Back ordered until end of December.
Told to keep my eye on coolant level.
Such bullshit.
Let’s sell vehicles but not have replacement parts available.
Probably be my last Ford and I have been purchasing new Fords since 1979.
I hope it’s not the head gasket. Oil looks ok and exhaust smells like exhaust. No coolant odor that I can discern. Putting coolant in solved no heat issue.
Losing coolant and no heat. 2021 Big Bend. Dealer can’t see it until Nov. 22.
34,500 on the odometer. If I get close to 36,000 then I need to stop driving it per dealer. What bs. At least there is another car available in my driveway. Loaner, ???
I did buy a gallon of premix from said dealer...
I would think ppf and a deflector wouldn’t hurt. The roads here in MA are nasty and filthy. Hiway seems to get a sweeping once a year. Pothole debris, sand/salt/whatever that foolish liquid getting applied before snow, all contribute to road deterioration.
I’ll just have to keep up with touch ups.
I’ve always had silver or lighter colors. I really don’t remember lighter color showing this much. Went wild with this red. I don’t regret it. I have touch up paint and will try to keep up with the chips. 99.9% paved road driving.
Just trying to warn others if it’s a concern for them.
I have not. It might be an option as well as the American flag overlay that I see on so many pickup trucks. And the grey plastidip on front might just be the ticket.
Looks good. Thank you.
Funny you want the lettering to contrast, I want to make them body color. Have to find right shade of red to match. I think the white on red is harsh as well as the white on the charcoal grill.
