Congrats!!! Hoping for mine in the next couple of days! Did you get the Big Bronco in the background just to rub salt in the wound for the rest of us waiting?!?! ?
I think there is a Big Bronco a couple of blocks away from me as I see it pretty regularly as I go to an from the grocery store down the street, but I've seen a few more big ones lately. Last week I saw 3, two black diamonds and an outer banks all different colors so at least a few are starting...
They make sense for a lot of East and West Coasters...wider open states, or in your case the open spaces of Canada...not so much, not to mention, how do batteries hold up in the the Minus temps lol!
You've gotten order confirmation email and estimated build date emails yes? Or no? I've gotten emails every step of the way and once the VIN was created you can log in on the Ford tracking site to get a rough idea where you are at in the process.
Wife literally had a conversation with a friend of hers yesterday whos son can't drive his Mach E to come see them because there's not a charging station that would give him the range to make it. But you know, GM and others are going to have an "all electric fleet" by 2030 ie ONE generation of...
Yikes...cool article though!
And the point about the CAFE penalties in the later posts...I agree, but at least they're pushing these out as gas turbos and not freaking electrics, good luck finding a charging station off road.
BS BL gets here this week 35/M. Technically this is my wife's car as her '08 Merc Mariner was starting to show its age so we were just going to get what we could for it, she wanted an OB but the price difference isnt all that different so I talked her in the BL (dual climate zones is a non...
Yeah you at least had an estimated delivery date so it was getting ready to ship, mine was built on 2/4 and shipped 2/16 with estimated delivery on 2/24...I'm in Texas so its not a super long haul so it'd be great for it to be here tomorrow so I can have it for the crummy weather coming in on...2/24
I'm considering the Continental Terrain Contact A/T in the 245/65/17 as one of 3 options since its not a very aggressive tired and will mostly be used city highway, but we will putz around the farm from time to time and be in colorado utah arizona this summer. But I'm going to add it on after I...
Okay so thats 1 of the 3 tires I think I've narrowed it down to, hows the ride and what affect on gas mileage have you noticed?
edit: I apparently did not read the next post in this thread before responding....so I'll second the question >_<
Everything I've read is 245/65/r17 should be no problem and thats what I'm planning on putting on shortly, rubbing might start to occur with 255 though.
Thats the breakdown I was looking for originally. Too late now, but I think the only thing I'll miss is the adaptive cruise control but the way we'll use the vehicle I think we'll be alright. If not....I can always order another one lol
