  1. Pre-Collision Assist

Yes there is and I've done both but it's still extremely annoying.
  2. Pre-Collision Assist

Lol! I think there should be an option to turn it off permanently, should be up to the driver. That alert alone will cause an accident, it took all of my focus off the road trying to figure out wth was going on inside my vehicle.
  3. Pre-Collision Assist

I know from what I’ve read, that this can’t be “turned off” but you can turn off the active breaking (which I’ve done) and adjust the alerts. To me, this pre collision feature is more likely to cause me to get into an accident. I live in Houston where traffic sucks and you’re often coming to...
  4. Love the thing but have a couple y dislikes

That's good info to know, I had no idea that would work too.
  5. Love the thing but have a couple y dislikes

Though it has to be done each time you start the vehicle, you can turn off the Auto/Start Stop...which is what I do since I don't care for that option.
  6. Built to arrived, how long did it take?

BS Big Bend (only extra option was moon roof) Ordered: 4/4/22 Scheduled for Production: Week of 6/20/22 Shipped: 6/23/22 Delivered: 7/5/22
  7. Service Engine...already.

Crap, doesn’t sound like as easy of a fix as mine was but crossing fingers that it is ?? I know, it’s very disappointing to have brand new vehicles and have problems this early on.
  8. Service Engine...already.

Is Ford Pass also showing the power train/reduced power message for it? If so, it may be worth mentioning to your dealer that Ford may not have programmed the GSM properly. But it really just depends on the code it shows I guess. Since my dealership reprogrammed my GSM, I haven’t had the issue...
  9. Service Engine...already.

Picked my BS up from the dealer today after having them look at it. Come to find out, they needed to reprogram the GSM. Hoping that solves my program ??
  10. Fast clicking turn signal

I too appreciate it. I’d made a post earlier this week about my “service engine soon” light coming on regarding power train failure/reduced power, only 500 miles in on my BS. Friday on that post I had a Ford rep ask for me to DM them with additional info. Saturday morning I had a rep calling me...
  11. Service Engine...already.

Thanks! And thanks for your input also. I am in love with my Sport and hope this is the only issue I run into for some time to come. Maybe I'm just getting them out of the way early on :cwl:
  12. Service Engine...already.

It was off when I left to go home from work yesterday but came back on this morning. I didn't take it in for them to "reset" it, my husband can actually do it himself also but won't. It's a brand new vehicle and it's come on more than once...obviously there is an issue. The service dept at my...
  13. Service Engine...already.

Sent a message to you, thanks!
  14. Service Engine...already.

Thanks! I'm going to go out at lunch and start it just to see if it's still on. If so, then I'll schedule service and hopefully it'll be as easy of a fix as yours.
  15. Service Engine...already.

I'm 520 miles in on my 2022 BS BB and this morning I had a nice surprise of the Service Engine Soon light coming on. Ford Pass is showing a Powertrain Malfunction/Reduced Power. This is too new of a vehicle for this to be happening already :frown:
  16. Waiting room

It usually takes forever and there's always the stipulation of Covid delays but I was surprised that I picked up my BS on 7/5 and picked my plates up from the dealer on 7/19. That was record time, even pre-Covid.
  17. Waiting room

Congrats! That seems to be the trend with alot of dealers. Mine did the same and didn't offer the $1,000 rebate either until I said something about it. Then they wanted to say it was for accessories only; until I had to show them that information as well. I got the price protection and the...
  18. Wireless Carplay w/ CarlinKit - YES!

I got the 3.0 (updated version…if that means anything) and it works flawlessly for me via USB-A on adapter to USB-C to dash.
  19. Dealership Hall of Shame

Also something to note, you must have been a MCA member for 90 days to get your PIN to qualify for X-plan pricing...or atleast that's how it was when I signed up.
  20. Dealership Hall of Shame

My dealership did the exact same thing to me with the "accessories package." I told them they can go deflate the tires and put regular air in them as far as I'm concerned because I wasn't paying for anything extra that they didn't have my permission to do in the first place. Not sure if they did...
