    The last time I did a MAP update it was on my 2019 Ranger. As a result I lost all of my NAV history, favourites, recents, etc. I also lost the ability to use Voice Commands. Had to do a Master Reset so also lost all Radio presets. What a mess. Not worth the trouble.

    I currently have latest version 23188 installed via USB and all seems fine. If I activate Automatic Uploads, this huge file attempts to download. Any idea what it might be? I was told that MAP updates can only be done via USB and not through WIFI

    That new $100 billion of new annual revenue is going to paid by the consumers (you) through higher costs being passed on by the manufacturers

    If the BMS isn’t reset, then the computer still thinks the old battery is installed.

    Did your dealer reset the Battery Management system after the change?

    If you are within the three year warranty the new AGM battery is free

    Water pumps can fail on any engine on the road today, it’s not just a 1.5L issue. Even the invincible 2.0L has reported water pump failures. What’s the big deal? It will be replaced under warranty. Getting tired of all the 1.5L haters here.
