The one pictured cannot be for a 2.0L. The access for the drain plug appears to be in the wrong location and you would not have access to the oil filter.
I think the question was answered by the other posters above, but my take is Ford decided it's (currently) a limited option on the Badlands are are gauging demand. Sounds like availability to other trims may change in the future.
My window sticker says within 1-year of purchase and delivery, but I didn't immediately find an answer to that on their website when I skimmed through the FAQ.

You should only be checking/setting pressure before driving. Tire pressures will increase as you drive and are irrelevant as long as the cold pressure is ~33 psi.
That was our experience in 2011 when we ordered our Focus using Costco. Straight forward and no haggling over price, which was invoice + $200 or 300 dollars, then minus incentives if I remember correctly.
