Could be the hold feature got switched on. Look up Auto Hold in the owner's manual index.
The system applies the brakes to hold your vehicle at a standstill after you stop your vehicle and release the brake pedal. This could be beneficial in certain situations, for example when waiting on a...
Had shopping cart door dings I thought was good for paintless dent removal. Supermarket insurance wanted two quotes.
Neighbor has a body shop. Quoted $900. Remove trim, repair dents. paint large area.
Other body shop next to them said it's probably an excellent candidate for paintless dent...
Reminds me of the 1990s. FDA was developing its website and constantly moving things around for improvement.
Had to click around looking for what I could easily find the day before. ?
I have miles to empty on the home page. I have to scroll to get odometer on service page. It's just off the screen. As mentioned, info still there. Just have to get used to it. Samsung Android phone.

My wife is an Anglophile. My wife has an '04 TT roadster and '66 Moke. Need to put the battery back in the Moke and get it inspected. Picture in the "what else you drive" thread.
Never should have sold my '66 Cooper 970S.
Ordered my wife's BL and my FE without them. Didn't want $1,600 option I never use on a $40k Escape. We're both glad we don't have them.
Large moonroofs like on the Escape also add weight in the worst place. Like driving around with somebody on the roof.
Ever go through a toll booth behind a Mercedes 240D?
Puff of black smoke, and you knew they hit the accelerator. And it sits there barely accelerating.
Will last forever, though.
Porsche launched the entry-level 924. Also had the higher priced 944. Lighter 924 had better 0-60 time.
I had an '87 VW GTi 16v at the time. 123 h.p. Huge jump from my 65 -h.p. '83 Rabbit L
Have two 2.0s and had it in my '14 Escape. 250/280 compared to 240/270 in the Escapes. And the newer twin-scroll turbo. My '22 is also several hundred pounds lighter. Noticeable difference compared to my '14.
It really scoots. Better mileage, too. 500 miles on a tank when I drive from...
I've found that Taascaparts.com is a good site for looking up body parts. Just takes a little time to search through diagrams.
Parts department guy at my closest dealership is also excellent at searching parts. He's great at finding little fasteners. ?
Married in 1980 right out of college. Separated 1981. Divorced 1982.
Married again 1990.
Saw my first wife's name on a list of deceased alumni in 2015. Did a search and saw she died in 2004 at 46. Last saw her in a bookstore in the early '80s. She didn't see me. Still very sad at her...
Sidewall can make a big difference.
Recently purchased new tires for my '22 Escape because of a sidewall bubble. Changed the OE H-rated Bridgestone to V-rated Continental CrossContact LX25. Should have stiffer sidewall. Noticeable road feel difference. Crisper handling.
Probably will do transmission, PTU, and RDU around 30k on both Escape and BS. Procedures seem much more mechanic friendly compared to my 3G Escape according to Fordtechmakuloco videos.
My wife won a 2012 Escape Hybrid Limited at work in 2011. Atkinson cycle engine. Liked it a lot.
32.4 mpg over 100,000 miles to 2022 when we sold it. Very pleased with the mileage for a BS-shaped vehicle.
We do a 670-mile trip each way six or so times a year. Full EV doesn't work for us.
