From what I've read and from personal experience I'd say no. I got VIN 2+ months after ordering. And availability/production haven't gotten any better since.

Just got an email update from Ford with new and earlier build date - from June 28th to June 21st. I'm not complaining but considering 2 week production shutdown and chip shortage I find this change's direction strange. Like I said, I'm not complaining. ☺ Edit: just noticed that last email...

Looks great. Agreed on roof color choice. I went with that too for my Cactus Gray realizing later it wasn't color matched but rather gray like. So I'm having my sales guy change it now while I'm far enough from the build date. Would've totally kept it had it been silver like yours. Enjoy!

Anybody find the same June 28th build date sent to lots of us today a bit too coincidental? Had it been spread across May/June the thought would've not even crossed my mind. Wonder if that the furthest they could push it back w/o cancelling. Just speculating here...

Probably mean that it could be 6/28 unless it gets pushed back, which seems to be pretty common.

Just got scheduled for production email as well for the same June 28th. May need to update my signature. :shock:

Not a bad idea. If site supported it though, it could do the counting of "days/weeks/months/years since". lol And if we are having fun with this, each passing weeks would make the status darker shade of red.

I'm in the same boat - 8 and a half weeks here and counting. I was thinking the other day, this site should consider adding order date to user's profile and displaying it on the left side of the user's posts.

IMHO, it could be just a bit longer, I'd say 4" or so. Oh and Sync 4.

You and me... 2/17 order date, nada since the order confirmation. Started with priority 10. Asked dealer last Friday just to confirm - he said, again, order priority 1 in "preview" state. It's been like that for a month now. :curse:
