Just got back from the Blue Ridge Parkway and Pisgah National Forest. Took delivery of the BS last Wednesday and headed out Thursday for a long weekend. Had a great time and really got to know the BS. Also was pleasantly surprised with the 30.6 mpg average.

Man, that is terrible but as you said at least you are both alive, maybe battered some but alive. Most of the time I would say cars can always be replaced and of course they can but in the BS's case that is easier said than done. Good luck fighting the insurance company. :frown:

That's not quite true, I have a Maverick Hybrid on order so I follow these things pretty closely. What Ford announced was hybrids aren't being scheduled for production until further notice, you can still submit an order. Tim Bartz from Long McArthur Ford talked about this in his weekly update...

Just got my Cactus Gray Outer Banks from Crown Ford in Fayetteville.

Hi Everyone, my first post, I took delivery on Tuesday of a Cactus Gray Outer Banks. Just love the color. Couldn't be happier. We are already planning a trip to where else, the Outer Banks, but our first trip will be to the Blue Ridge Parkway.
