I called my service advisor when I received the letter from Ford. He said the parts were coming and scheduled the appointment for today. Obviously something changed. For the most part, I have been very pleased with dealership sales and service. Stuff happens.

I also had installed the hydraulic hood lifters. Don't know if that gives it extra stability but I haven't noticed hood flex.
