I am also one of the participants here that had their e-mail address entered incorrectly by the Sales Manager during order. No e-mails from Ford during this process.

Well, one month after my modules activated and sync 3 update, I'm still showing 'in production'. Dealer told me delivery this week, then last week extended to next week, HA! Last time I was able to get on Ford Tracker (5 Aug) it erroneously listed 'Engine Block Heater' under accessories...

My New Car Sales Manager just called, my Big Bend should arrive 13-19 August ( I won't hold my breath). Ford Tracker still says in process 7/8.
