Mine said 23 and it was correct it arrived 8 days before Ford said it would so I bet it will be here when you say unless there is a delay for Veterans Day or something
I really love the big bronco but it’s not practical as a daily driver IMO (for me anyway) plus I like my cars fully loaded or nearly and that would be really stretching my budget, I refuse to be car poor. I’ve always wanted a convertible for the summer so my plan is in two years or so When the...
If you put your Vin and order number into the tracker on this forum how many days does it say until delivery? Ford was telling me my car wasn’t coming until the 16th latest the 22nd but the track around here said 23 days Which was right on the money it arrived on the eighth and shipped on 16...
Hey everyone, it seems that big things are happening over the past few weeks and people are actually getting their vehicles. Just wanted to see what’s happening with us now and if people took delivery, still waiting, etc.
Order: 3/13 In Production: 6/22 Chip installed: 10/15 Shipped: 10/16...
So I checked the Ford tracker again today and surprise! It says my car was delivered. I didn’t hear anything from the dealer today though so I’m going to assume either the manager wasn’t there today or the car arrived late in the afternoon since it certainly didn’t say this yesterday and I can’t...
Myself and some others have noticed the date changing when nothing was actually happening. I know in the past it meant something but for many it hasn’t given an indication of anything. My car was in production 6/22 and the date changed several times even though nothing changed until the fuel...
I’m glad to hear that they are actually fixing these prior to leaving the factory even if the website isn’t updated. I’d be annoyed if I had to wait a month after delivery to pick it up due to the recall after sitting for months in the factory where they could have fixed it.
The window sticker dates etc mean nothing at all. It will change when you check it. Mine was built 10/15 and shipped 10/16 with no blend date or any of the other things that people swear mean something. The only reliable way to check recall status is by looking it up on ETIS or NTSB site by VIN
It’s going to say that until its in production which could be anytime from now until the end of the year. If you have a VIN and window sticker thats a good start.
I thought I saw people saying the dealership was holding their vehicles until it was fixed, I didn’t realize some were letting the customer take it that way, yeah thats a no no. I wouldn’t even want to take it before it was fixed and risk having something happen when I’m driving.
Mine was shipped on 10/16 and its still not showing up on the palsapp either. I searched and read some older posts and many people said they never got results from that website or they didn’t until after the vehicle was in their driveway.
I am happy your car finally arrived AND that you stood your ground and refused to pay a penny over what you agreed on! These dealerships have some nerve, we wait months and then they try to pull a markup on people?
I know this is the law but I wouldn’t be surprised if there was an exception due to the constraints from covid and supply chain issues that waives this requirement before shipping the cars to dealers to be fixed before delivery to the customer.
You are definitely correct that it means nothing. For me, I got my window sticker in April (ordered in March) and didn’t go in production until June 22. Everything is so all over the place with everything that who knows now what the time between steps or window sticker updates will actually be.
Most of the threads on various websites that I found with the window sticker information were from several years ago so I think maybe it meant something done but it definitely doesn’t anymore I agree. The blend date was a big one, I’d you saw that it meant the car was built. I never got a blend...
Kodiak brown is an amazing color as well. In fact when I first went to inquire about a BS back in Feb they had a Kodiak brown big bend or outer banks (can’t remember) on the showroom floor that I could have taken home that day but I had my heart set on a badlands. I remember saying what a nice...
