I don't think the interface on ver 5.0 is an improvement. You can find total mileage under "service". I liked the old press and hold a little better than the new option for starting the vehicle.

You get a specific license with a map update. It won't install on two vehicles.

I had a 3rd gen Escape that I never liked the looks of. Gen 4 was worse so I wasn't gonna buy that. Ford introduced the Bronco Sport line and I loved it. The Bronco Sport kept me in a Ford. If they go modern in the future I'll be looking for something else unless modern becomes more boxy...

My Map update was free. This was my 2nd freebie and I'm sure it'll be my last.

I did both the sync and nav update manually. The sync update was complete after 11 minutes using a Samsung USB 3.1 C jump drive and the NAV update took about 40 minutes using the same jump drive.
