That's what I did. It was easy.

Mine was out of warranty and they did not replace it.

Of course they will pass them on. Don't let them fool you.

You are right. I've never bought an extended warranty and have never needed it. It was a big mistake not buying it for this car.

My 21 BB did that. It was the rear differential. It cost 3,000 to repair without the extended warranty. Good luck.
