Because it was cracked. No clue why it was cracked but apparently if its physical damage its not covered.

So i brought my 2025 bronco sport into the dealer to have it checked and they said they found that the CCM module bracket was broken. My question is, is there a diagram somewhere that i can see where that is located or is there someone that can show me where abouts it is? I would like to replace...

Thanks, I will check around the front again to see if I can see anything. Otherwise I might just leave it, the beeping is annoying but its just another feature i didn't even want anyway.

So i removed the vehicle from the app, then logged out, then uninstalled the app. Reinstalled everything and it is now working.

They actually tried as well but couldn't get it. They said to try again a few more times with in the next few days because maybe there was an issue on the Ford Pass side of things but I think it's another issue.

Canadian market must be different. I just got a 25 Big Bend and it only has a convenience package, sun roof and maybe a couple more things but it definitely has that feature. I have already turned it off but I will double check before going into a car wash.
