I forgot to add... take the main Engineer Pass Trail entrance. I don't remember Mineral Creek but have since heard about it, and it sounds like a difficult route utilizing Poughkeepsie Gulch. I'd stay off of it; sounds like it requires 4wd, low range, and skidplates. Something else to consider...
