Can you get a picture of the back of the mic and the holder attachment? I want to get something for my Tackform mount and GMRS radio but can’t tell if it fits from their pictures.
It was a fun little car and the first real car I purchased on new (The Pulsar NX was almost 10 years old and cost $2k).
I wish I took more pictures of my cars back then. I didn't really start until my 2nd Accord.
I had gone back and forth with 2 doors. My first was a 1989 Nissan Pulsar NX, then a Ford Escort ZX2. After that I kind of fell into some sedans that I didn't have a choice of. After I was looking for an Accord coupe but they were getting harder and harder to find in the trim I wanted. Now I...
Eh. We grew up with a 1988 Nissan Sentra 2 door. Family of 4 and sometimes our 2 cousins. It wasn't the most comfortable but we made it.
I remember being in the back seat of a 2nd Gen Xterra and I couldn't do it. I had my knees pressed against the front seat and it was too much for me. I...
I was suggested to use a higher weight in one of my older cars when I was losing oil. I believe the thought was it was slipping past the piston rings and they thought the heavier weight would prevent that.
That tells me a heavier weight oil might not run as smoothly in an engine with tight...
When I had mine done, they mentioned that flush and I told them I didn't want that but just wanted the drain and fill. I forget if the drain and fill was more or less than the flush but I don't think it was a big difference.
I wonder if it's that the SAs just don't know what is necessary on the BSs. One girl at my Quick Lane kept saying to replace the filter and that increased the price to $600ish. The other one said no, it's just a regular drain and fill and kept it around $250ish .
I've noticed every time I'm...
Looks nice! I’m really considering a dash cam since I drive more for work. Since I don’t have power in that area, I may have to go with one that can run up into the headliner.
What did you see that the filter needs to be changed to keep the warranty? I don't remember seeing a filter change in the BS's service schedule or in the documents for my Ford ESP from Granger. I'll admit I didn't look too hard though.
I'd ask around. I think a simple drain and fill isn't what they normally sell or might be new to them. The other person was trying to add on a filter change which would normally make sense except on the BS, I believe you have to drop the transmission pan or something. Either way, it's a LOT...
I took it to the car wash today because yesterday I took it out to the beach. The Yokohamas did pretty good on the small amount of loose sand I found. It felt a little more sure footed and I was able to drive out of the ruts a lot easier, but they weren't as deep as some I've been in.
I...
