Awesome! I love the area and just moved out here from Florida a few months ago. Palomar was a lot of fun! Great for taking pictures up there as well.

Amazing review of your experience! Thanks for sharing with us! I took a drive up Palomar Mountain in SoCal a few months ago and had a fantastic time. I even got to take it in a little snow.

Update, they did whatever they needed to do and did the smog test too. Thankfully I’m all set! The dealer says the shop I went too need to update their equipment/software, etc. Either way it’s done.

This is for my initial registration with the state and unfortunately not a renewal. The smog is required to register with the state. I’m at a dealer now and they say they just have to unplug and plug a module back in and can do the test. Fingers crossed!

Gross. I really wanted to add a hitch for a bike rack, but may look into interior and roof options. All aftermarket jobs look horrible unless you add the expensive factory tow bumper.

Year 2 decontenting....not surprised. I like to see the temperature I have it set on w/o having to search for it on my screen. Going from my Kia Soul (stand alone LED display) to my Cherokee (displayed on screen) is quite annoying.
