If the car lives outside in Florida and gets a lot of sun exposure, then it doesn't seem unreasonable that the weather cracks in the tire would begin to form after 3 years.
Buybacks or Lemon Law claims for fuel economy issues can be exceedingly difficult since the mileage shown on the window sticker is presented as an estimate only. I agree that the mileage you are experiencing seems extremely low and should be better. Hopefully the dealers are scanning for hidden...
Not surprising the fix is an actual EGR Valve since the original issue was due to bad welds on the original EGR Valve. Software can't fix an incorrectly manufactured part.
I run only 93 octane in my '25 BB 1.5L. I average 32-35mpg on all highway runs, and 26-28mpg around town.
Hopefully the dealership can run some diagnostics and determine why you are only seeing 18-20mpg. Something definitely does not seem right.
I am just a few weeks away from the 1yr anniversary of my 2025 Bronco Sport Big Bend. I have 10,700 miles on it. Averaging 30mpg in mixed driving. 35mpg on all highway trips. Only recall has been for the instrument cluster. It is going in tomorrow for oil change #2.
I am thoroughly pleased with...
Put the $3,000 you would pay for the warranty in a high yield savings account. Throw another $50 per month in there. Use that to pay for any out-of-pocket repairs that may come up. After 10 years if you didn't need to touch it, you will have almost $11,000 in there. Use some of it to help with...

See page 95 of the owner's manual.
might be under the cruise control menu...then you would want to activate the intelligent mode to be able to set the tolerances for the speed limit recognition
I'm guessing they have tracked it down to a specific worker that has been incorrectly assembling these components and they are able to determine exactly when the person worked and which VINs passed through that person's station. The scary part is that it took 5 years to determine the issue.
No negative equity and a minimal loan on the Bronco Sport that will be paid off in the next 2 months. Traded in a 10yr old vehicle that had already been paid off for over 5 years. Plan to keep the Bronco Sport for 10 years as well and then move on to the next vehicle in 2036.
No issues with my 1.5L '25 Bronco Sport. More than enough power for virtually any driving scenario. My previous vehicle had a 300hp V6, and I had concerns that the 1.5L 3cyl would not be sufficient, but it has proven itself to be just as capable as the V6. Not to mention the fuel economy is...
