Hey all,
My 2021 BS OB came with the OEM Crossbars: https://accessories.ford.com/products/bronco-sport-2021-on-road-style-cross-bar-kit-1
Does anyone know what the dynamic (moving) and static (not moving) weight capacity for these are?
I know the roof itself has a capacity of 150lb dynamic and 600lb static, but what I don't know is if the OEM crossbars match these ratings. The online description and the warnings on the bars themselves (stating "Maximum Load, See Owner's Manual" ... with the manual stating 150lb dynamic with crossbars) seem to imply it's the same, but I don't want to find out the hard way. I called Ford and Ford Acccessories/Parts, and no one seems to have the answer.
Anyone know?
Thanks a bunch.
