We have had our Bronco Sport since October 2021 and after about a month our instrument cluster (in between the speedometer and tac) does not come on or work when driving. After parking the car for a couple of hours and starting again it will come on. Our dealer is unable to determine the issue, Ford has not issued any bulletins about this, but the dealer has seen this issues with other Bronco Sports. Has anyone else encountered this issue and have a resolution?

Thats not good, this might sound silly, but its not accidently getting knocked into "calm" mode is it?

Never had or heard of an issue with the screen in the dashboard cluster. Sounds heat related to me. Hope they solve it quickly for you.

It happens as soon as the car is started without doing anything.

Hi there! Can you send us a PM with your VIN and Ford dealership information? I’d be happy to look into this Bronco instrument cluster display concern on my end.

My 2022 Badlands does the same thing. I find it doesn't work the first time I go to use it every day.

Our Bronco Sport Badlands, dies the same thing but it happens to the touchscreen in the center. I bring it to the dealer and they sort of fix it but not all the issues are addressed. As the vehicle is taken back from the dealership, the issue get more and more frequent, until it is at a point where 95% of the time you get in to the car and start it, the screen is blank.

It also to this day (from new):
1. It cannot remember a phone that was previously connected to it;
2. It cannot remember and stay connected with a Wi-Fi network;
3. I could not even use my complimentary Hot Spot offer from Ford;
4. I cannot use the Ford app;

The first time I took it to the dealer, they uploaded the whole SYNC software, It worked for a month or so and went back to going dark on us.
The second time, the dealer took it in for the same issue, the replaced the SYNC module and uploaded the software. After a couple of months, it started going dark again;
Last month, I took it back to them, and they returned the car to me unrepaired as they said they didn't have enough time to fix it, but would get me a loner car the next week.
The next week they called, I brought it in and left in a loaner car. They called back to pick it up but said it hadn't been fixed yet as they just got authorization from Ford to replace the SYNC module but that none were currently available. The dealer said, they would call me when the part shows up.
So I picked up the car and at least the touchscreen was working. After a couple of weeks, I am now getting intermittent black screens about 10% of the time we get in to the car.

I just hope they get this issue resolved.

Did you ever get this fixed? Mine has gotten worse since I bought it and now doesn't work 100% of the time I first use it during the day. After about 30 mins of use it will work if I shut it off and then back on. Super annoying.

Just got the vehicle back last night. The dealership was able to recreate the issue and said it was a bad instrument cluster which was replaced. As of now the screen has not gone out but it has not even been a day yet. I will provide updates if the issue is not resolved

Did it continue to work? Mine has done the same thing repeatedly. I bought mine Oct 2021 and it's been in the shop 5 times. They have replaced the instrument cluster, they hard rebooted it several times, they replaced the whole computer and I'm still having the same issues.
