I took delivery of my first edition last night. It was purchased out of state and transported into my current state. Everything seems to be working except the display next to the instrument cluster. The display remains black with no video.

Triage steps:
- Attempted master reset from main display -> Not resolved
- Attempted battery terminal removal, wait 5 minutes, and reconnect -> Not Resolved
- From a few other threads I saw mentioning of `Mindful Mode` or relax mode.

I feel like I'm missing something or the display just doesn't work...

Thanks for the reply. What should I be looking for here? I've tried all steering wheel controls, brightness in the cabin, etc. The screen just doesn't seem to be powered. I was gonna check the fuse but having a difficult time finding the interior box

Your talking about the screen in the gauge cluster right? Its brightness is controlled by the interior lights control which is next to the headlight control IIRC

Yup indeed talking about the screen in the instrument cluster. Brightness up and down via the controls at the headlights control doesn't help

I feel considerable comfort in the fact that a Ford rep is monitoring these fora and taking steps to help us. Thank you! You know how much we love our Bronco Sports!

Mine does the same every once in a while when I start the vehicle. It usually comes back on after I shut off the car and let the system reset. Maybe a software update in the future will fix this?

Wait until you find where the fuse box is. It's actually pretty ingenious they way they designed it.

So it is actually hidden underneath those two large wire looms in the very bottom right corner of the image. There's two tabs near the top of that box you push in and it releases the top of the box so you can see where the fuses are.

Actually, screw that. You just got it, let Ford figure it out.

My 2022 Badlands has been doing the same thing.
