WTF, My Bronco Sport?!

So, the strangest thing just happened literally 5 minutes ago.

My BS OB had been parked for about 20-30 minutes. I was in my garage when all of a sudden the lights came on as if it was dark out. Headlights, running lights, etc ...

I initially thought, well maybe my wife accidentally remote started mine, but NO. The engine was off. I went inside and turned it on and noticed the light at the headlight selector wheel was off. Usually it's on the automatic headlight mode, but nope. 100% off. I turned the dial and then it popped on.

WTF, Mr Bronco Sport?

Ours did something similar the other evening. Although it was only the DRL’s that turned on by themselves. Hasn’t happened since but we are keeping an eye on it just in case.

I know it's a pain but report it to the dealer service department. If passed along to Ford it could be a glitch that a software update could address.

I was just about to post that this was starting to remind me of Christine! I wonder if it’s me or my wife that our Bronco has claimed? I better start talking real nice to it every time I walk past it.
